01 Information Collection

"Signis! is designed to be your private digital office."

Your Documents & Signatures

We do NOT collect, store, or transmit your documents, signatures, or files to our servers. All your signatures and signed documents are stored locally on your device. Your private files never leave your phone unless you choose to share them.

Usage Data (With Your Consent)

With your consent, we collect anonymous usage data through Firebase Analytics to improve the app:

  • • Screen views and feature usage (e.g., which tools you use)
  • • App performance and crash data
  • • User interaction patterns (e.g., button clicks, navigation)

You can withdraw consent anytime in the app settings. This data is not used to identify you personally.

Feedback Data

When you voluntarily submit feedback through the app, we collect your email, message, device info, and app version to respond to your inquiry. This data is stored securely and not shared with third parties.

02 Third-Party Services

Signis! integrates with the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policies:

Google AdMob

AdMob displays advertisements in the free version of Signis!. It may collect:

  • • Advertising ID (to show relevant ads)
  • • Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
  • • Device information (model, OS version)

RevenueCat processes subscription purchases for Signis! PRO:

03 App Permissions

Signis! requests the following Android permissions to function:

  • Storage/Files: To read PDFs, images, and documents for signing, and to save your signed documents to your device.
  • Media (Images/Audio/Video): To access images you want to sign or add watermarks to (Android 13+).
  • Internet: To display ads (free version), process subscriptions, and send optional feedback.
  • Billing: To process PRO subscription purchases through Google Play.

04 Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Correct Your Data

Request correction of inaccurate personal data.

Delete Your Data

Request deletion of your personal data (right to be forgotten).

Withdraw Consent

Withdraw consent for analytics or advertising at any time.

05 Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary:

  • •Documents & Signatures: Stored locally on your device indefinitely (you control deletion).
  • •Feedback Data: Retained for 24 months to respond to inquiries and improve the app.
  • •Analytics Data: Retained for 14 months (Firebase default).
  • •Subscription Data: Retained as required by tax and accounting laws (up to 7 years).

06 Children's Privacy

Signis! is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

07 International Data Transfers

Signis! is developed in Spain. Some third-party services (Google, RevenueCat) may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are protected by:

  • •Google's EU User Consent Policy and Standard Contractual Clauses
  • •RevenueCat's GDPR-compliant data processing agreements

08 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email when applicable. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
