01 Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Signis! ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.

02 Description of Service

Signis! is a document management application that provides:

•Digital signature creation and document signing (PDF, images, Office documents)
•CV/resume creation tools
•Watermark creation and application
•PDF utilities (merge, split, compress, convert)

All documents are processed locally on your device. We do not store or transmit your personal files to our servers.

03 Subscription & Payments

Free Version

The free version of Signis! includes advertisements and may have limited access to certain features.

Signis! PRO Subscription

PRO subscription removes advertisements and unlocks all premium features:

• Monthly: $1.99/month
• Yearly: $19.99/year (approximately $1.67/month)

Billing & Cancellation

• Payments are charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off in your Google Play account settings
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period

04 Refund Policy

Refunds for Signis! PRO subscriptions are handled through Google Play Store in accordance with their refund policy.

If you experience any issues with your subscription or believe you were charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you with the refund process.

05 User Conduct

You agree NOT to use Signis! to:

✕Sign documents that you do not have legal authority to sign
✕Create fraudulent signatures or forge another person's signature
✕Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
✕Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the App's source code

06 Intellectual Property

Signis! and all its features, trademarks, and content are owned by Ruben Marti and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

07 Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT: Signis! is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee that signatures created with the App will be legally binding in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying the legal validity of electronic signatures in your specific situation.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruben Marti shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, documents, or profits
• Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App
• Any legal validity of signatures or documents created with the App

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

09 Privacy

Your use of Signis! is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the App or email when applicable.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
